Describe your experience with React.

I build accessible interfaces with React and TypeScript. At Northstar Studio, I developed reusable components and tested important user workflows. I would bring that experience to building reliable, easy-to-use frontend features.

Do I need a Google account?

Yes. RoleReady currently supports Google sign-in only. Use the same Google account on the website and Chrome extension to access your saved profile, resumes and applications. Email and password sign-in is not available.

What does one AI credit get me?

One completed resume draft, cover letter, experience answer, or AI profile extraction. Generating another version uses another credit. Editing, downloading reviewed files, and saved-answer autofill do not use credits. Credits reset on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. Requests still processing temporarily reserve a credit.

Will RoleReady apply to jobs for me?

You choose your applications and review what you send. The extension fills known answers on supported forms. Unsupported questions and controls need your attention. Optional automatic submission is limited to supported Greenhouse flows and is off by default.

Does it work on every application?

Support includes Greenhouse, Ashby, and basic forms on other HTTPS sites. Some custom controls, embedded forms, and websites require manual completion. The extension shows when it cannot complete a field.

Will AI make up experience?

Drafts use your resume as their source and are checked for supporting details where available. AI can still make mistakes. Review every claim, edit the wording, and approve the draft before filling or attaching it.

Are job matches a promise of interviews?

No. Matches compare your saved resume and preferences with available job postings. Scores are a guide to relevance, not a prediction of interviews or offers. Employer-feed coverage is not exhaustive.

What happens if generation fails?

A failed generation returns its credit. We do not automatically retry or charge an overage. Temporary provider or service outages can interrupt generation; your saved profile and basic autofill remain available.
